At the seventh annual Community Development Framework Learning Forum, 170 residents and service providers from neighbourhoods across Ottawa shared their experiences of making a difference through storytelling. Stories included increasing voter turnout in low-income neighbourhoods, affecting city processes, bringing about change in a school, the Bayshore Community Oven, and much more.
