CDF Neighbourhoods

Across Ottawa, there are many local communities that have residents and service providers working together to develop their communities to be the best they can be.

In the fifteen neighbourhoods identified in this section, residents and service providers, supported by CDF funding as well as other partners, are active in their neighbourhoods, working together on priorities that are important to them. The symbols that appear on each neighbourhood’s page show the particular priorities that have been identified within their community. You can also check out this table for a quick overview of what all the CDF funded communities are working on (click to enlarge):

At least once a year residents and service providers come together to celebrate what they have accomplished, what they want to keep doing together and discuss whether there are new priorities that need attention. Like every local community, things change and plans need to be adapted.

To learn more about these neighbourhoods, contact the local community developer associated with each neighbourhood. You can find the local contact information by clicking through the neighbourhood pages, or contact Tammy Corner, CDF Coordinator at tammyc@seochc.on.ca
