Building Community during COVID-19

The Community Development Framework (CDF) brings together residents, community organizations, and city services in low-income, priority Ottawa neighbourhoods, suburbs and rural communities. We have a history of working together and are effectively responding to community needs during COVID 19. We are getting through this together, becoming even stronger by deepening our connections, our ability to care for each other and creating community even while physically distancing.
